My entire life has been passionately guided by the deepening discovery of what it is to live fully in and through this body. From climbing trees and rocks, to drumming in a rock band. From meditation and martial arts to  dance in its many forms, I have grown in my understanding of the life force and how we are drawn to connect, love and lead each other in this dance we call life.

My professional training as a guide and mentor began over thirty years ago, and continues through today. I am continuously learning, and I help others to develop their awareness and ability to become self-learning, self-healing and self-generating.

Profoundly affected by meetings with some of the spiritual icons of our times, I have dedicated this life to the pursuit of the deepest truths in my quest to be of service at the highest level.
